Box crashes when trying to use on demand or apps

I have this or similar problem.  If I try to use on demand, or any of the apps, the whole system crashes, and can only be restarted with a full reboot.  Reported last week and I’ve had texts saying that the signal issue in my area has been resolved - but the problem persists.

    I have this problem.  Been through all the checks, processes, reboots etc.  Still no solution.  360 box crashes every time I try to access BBC iPlayer, ITVx, 4od (etc) or On Demand.  Other apps like YouTube still work.

      Can you be more specific on what "all the checks & processes" are? That may help others advise, and avoid steps being duplicated
