blank screen unless we re-boot the box

This is starting to happen to us as well.  Live TV is fine but the apps just show a blank screen unless we re-boot the box. In fact, this morning, it took a second re-boot to get the apps working. Our internet is also fine -yes a solid white line on the router throughout and the internet connection is always fine on our phones.
