Bill problem

Hi There 

I need to speak to some one about my bill I don’t understand the amount due as I paid 

£65 September 9 

£66 September 28 

please get back to me asap 

Also since I got the 360 package Netflix and all the apps don’t work or neither does catch up not having a good service .
