360 Mini Box Rebooting

I’ve recently upgraded from a TiVo box to a 360 mini box upstairs. The mini box is freezing and rebooting itself at least 6-7 times a day. I’ve checked all cables, restarted the router and done a forced restart on the box but nothing has fixed it.

    How did you perform the forced restart?

    Do you also have a main  360 box?

    Please confirm which box(es) you have.

    Picture 1 shows a main 360 box on the left, and a 360 mini box on the right. The mini box is half the size of the amin 360 box as it doesn't contaain a hard drive, 

    If your tivo box has been replaced then you should have received a main 360 box (unless you already have multi room in which case the second box could be a mini box)

    The picture below shows the Stream (Flex) box which is also been sent out to some customers.

    If you've been sent a Stream (Flex) box then like the TV360 mini box it doesn't contain a hard drive. However this box doesn't need connecting to the VM coaxial cabling as it streams the TV channels over the internet.

      I have both of those boxes. The one on lie left is downstairs and the one on the right, which keeps rebooting is upstairs. 

      I did the forced restart my turning off the power and holding the standby and minus button when turning back on which I read in another thread

        Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the issue with the 2nd box.

        Is the 2nd box a Mini Box or a Stream Box please?

        If it's a Mini, please do this to see if fixes;

        Settings (the cog at the end of the Home menu) > System > Factory Reset. Follow the prompts and fully reset it.
