360 app issues
Hi there anyone noticed on 360 box that while streaming via the 5 app programmes keep crashing so not worth watching especially while watching prisoner cell block H this needs looking into thanks in advance

Hi, I noticed that BBC One and BBC Two has crashed out under the tv guide section on the app and not doing anything this needs looking into I done the usual troubleshooting still nothing

BBC one and BBC two still crashed on tv guide via the tvgo app needs looking into
Yes done reinstalling the app the channels seem to be stuck on some programme if u check via the app u see it's only the bbc channels I signed in when I deleted and installed the app still nothing it's even like it on my iPad so clearly some issue
This isn't the programme shown currently needs looking into just not doing anything
I've just checked BBC1 and BBC2 on the TVGo (android app) EPG.
The same picture is showing (from BBC News) as in your screenshot, however the actual program title is correct, and clicking on the program/picture tile opens a new page showing the correct graphic for that program along with the options of Watch on iPlayer, Watch on TV, Record, and +Watchlist. The same applies to BBC2.
It's only the initial onscreen graphic for the current program being shown on BBC1 and BBC2 that is incorrect, everything else works as expected when clicking on the program links.
Ch 5 has been having trouble with their apps on many devices. It's a known problem.
Yh tell me about it prisoner crashes out on Virgin media app needs a update releasing and if u check the go app bbc one and two seems stuck with picture I posted been like it for couple of weeks now
