2nd v6 box stuck in boot loop after 360 upgrade

So about 2 weeks ago I upgraded from v6 to 360. The upgrade seemed to go OK with both boxes, but now after an eco shiutdown (please Virgin can we have the abilty to turn that OFF... some of us want ...

Got same issue today after getting problems with viewing recording last night. Now all we are getting is welcome screen. Sometimes a download icon and restart.  Reset router twice and TiVo box a number of times.
