2nd streaming box forever losing connection

We’ve recently joined and have a second streaming box in our bedroom, it’s on the second floor and is forever losing connection, saying there is no internet connection when other devices in The same room have no issues. I can’t watch anything upstairs. Any ideas? I’ve rebooted the box and checked the speed which is fine. 

  • Do have 2 streaming boxes or a 360 and a streaming box, asking this because you posted this on the 360 forum so it might get moved.

    If your streaming box is like the one in the picture below and the wi-fi is poor then you might be able to get a wi-fi pod to boost your signal depending on the contract you have for free by using the connect app if it works for you (it stopped working for me last year) you can cheat on the app by going down the garden to get a bad result. If both your boxes are streaming / flex boxes you could try swapping them around to see if the box is faulty.

     

  • Thank you I didn’t realise. According to the app my signal in the room is fine so I’m going to try it in another room and see if the box itself is at fault
