Old account email

Needed to close account after bereavement and moving house. Can't log in using new account number as it has old email address. Plus new account seems to have previous name on it instead of my actual name. 

Need to access account to find out why I have been billed £70 recently.

    I'm sorry to hear of your loss. If you did wish to discuss having the account closed it would be best to speak to the Bereavement and Critical illness team via the information here. They'll be happy to have this resolved for you.

      Have already sorted that out. Have moved out and had virgin installed with a new account created. The issue is I cannot sign in as the email address was created with the old account. I want to sign in with my new account and be able to see bills etc.

        In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

        If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
