My virgin media shows inactive account

Hi, the my Virgin media app and website is still linked to my old, inactive account, but I cannot find a way to change it to my new account, can anyone help with this?

    We're sorry to hear your My Virgin Media account isn't linked to your new address. When you move, you get a new account so therefore My VM needs to be re done. As the email address is already connected to your old address however, we would need to complete a move and transfer.
