Help registering for my virgin media

Hi, 

Im new to virgin media and my box etc is being delivered today, I've had all my emails for direct debit confirmations etc but it will not let me sign up for my virgin media, it says my email address doesn't match after ive entered the account number name and area code, but it does. I've even ensured any capitals match which i generally don't have to normally. I'm quite tech savvy so its not that I'm being silly (i hope). Ive seen some forum questions where theyve been stuck in a registration loop, but i dont know.

  • We don’t believe it’s a user issue, it’s on Virgins end of the system because if you look at similar threads everyone is having the exact issue when trying to transfer the account to the Virgin O2 ID
