Have 2 Virgin Media Accounts

Hi, 

I first signed up via phone call from virgin media however I then found a better deal for the same package I signed up for through o2. The sales man at O2 told me to cancel the first deal with Virgin Media but I’ve been told by VM that it ended up cancelling everything.

I’ve since went back to O2 to get the same deal again however, 

I now have 2 virgin media accounts, is there anyway to delete the first one? 
My installation date isn’t until first week of August, tbh I’m not even sure if the first 2 deals are properly cancelled or would I end up receiving 3 packs …

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our Community Forums!

    I can certainly see why you're confused with this situation, but I'm confident everything has worked out as you wanted it to - The system won't allow two active services under the same address 🙂

    We can't delete services off our system completely, but I can check to see if your first one has been fully cancelled.

    I'll send you a PM now so I can put your mind at rest.
