Cannot login to my virgin new account
Hello
I cannot access my new account online since my house move. I have been repeatedly trying and getting told I will be contacted in 5 working days and all will work but nothing does. I have tried to make a new account and go on my existing one. Here is a timeline so far:
11th July - was told accounts would be merged on 15th when my new services would be set up
15th July - requested account merge as hadn’t happened automatically, was told they’d be merged between 48 and 72 hours
19th July - was told I’d be able to log in within 48 hours
22nd July - was told request made on 15th July would actually take 10 days
26th July - 10 days on from request still unable to access account, was told would be able to access account on Sunday (two days later)
29th July - was told in another 48 hours id be able to access online account
31st July - 48 hours later and I still can’t log in, was told another 24 hours
1st Aug - 24 hours later and still can’t log in! Was told within 3 and 5 working days
8th Aug - 5 working days later and I still can’t log in to the correct account despite being told it will definitely work
I just want to log in! I’m so disappointed with how unhelpful everyone has been
