Everytime I try logging in on to my virgin media account it asks me for Account Holder Last Name, Account Number, and i don’t know the Area Reference code and still haven’t received a letter from virgin media regarding that
if anyone can help me out please that would be greatly appreciated

How do you know that you have a VM account to log into?
It should be next to your account number on all VM comms / bills/ contractual documents.
