TV breaking up

Picture is breaking/flashing colours on several channels including Sky Sports. Have rebooted to no avail. Any help please thanks Paul   [MOD EDIT: Subject title changed for clarity]

If the picture is flashing different colours rather than pixellating then it may be an HDMI cable fault.  Have you tried reseating the HDMI cable, or tried a different HDMI cable/port?
