Tivo error code 7400
Hi,
I am hoping someone from the forum team can help. I recently stopped having an additional Tivo box when agreeing a new contract. Unfortunately whoever processed the change ended my TV on the box I use rather than the additional box. This has meant I am getting error code 7400 on the box I use. I have been on line with the Chat team for 3 hours today but after exchanging information with 3 people they cannot help me. They have advised me to ring 150 to request technical support but I am having no luck there. The additional box does not work so I can’t switch.
I assumed this would be easier to correct but obviously not.
