TiVo boxes not connecting to internet

TiVo boxes no longer connecting to the internet?

The remote controls for our TiVo boxed stopped working yesterday. We had ordered an upgrade to Virgin 360 in early February but the new remotes have never arrived. 
Our TiVo boxes are now showing a fault.

Can anyone help with this. I’ve tried without success today to speak to someone. Very frustrating.

    Tivo boxes can't be upgraded to Virgin TV360, they need to be swapped out for 360 boxes.

    The newer V6 boxes can be though, they receive an over the air upgrade along with new remotes.

    Which TV set top box  do you have? < tivo, V6 or TV360 >

    Thanks for replying! I think they are V6 boxes. We are waiting for a new remote to arrive (they won’t send two at once) but I have low confidence in them sending them out to us. I’ve not had confirmation that they are being sent. I spent 4 hours yesterday in a chatbot trying to resolve our issues but we got disconnected before we made it through to the technical team. So we are paying for a service which isn’t working properly. Any advice on how to speak to an actual person?
