TiVo box freezes switches off

My TiVo box has recently started to freeze the picture or just switch off and odd recorded programmes 

 are pixelated

    Hi Emily0901 

    Do you have more than one set top box as you previously had issues with a V6 box <here> which needed replacing due to a faulty hard drive?

    I can see that you may have already got something in place for this by checking your services on my side.
