Pixellation and sound distortion

V6 box is faulty.  Recorded shows are randomly pixelated and have distorted sound.  Series Links have been disappearing and on occasions I am unable to delete recordings.  It is noisy and running hot.  This has been getting worse the last couple of months.  

Please can someone from Virgin Media contact me to arrange a replacement V6 box as it seems the hard drive on this one is starting to resemble a Norwegian Blue parrot.
