Sound distortion

Is anybody else experiencing some slight sound distortion on their V6? It sounds like a soft bubbling sound on voices and it started after the failure on Friday evening.

    BTW, recordings made before Friday's failure are fine, but newer ones have the fault.

      OK thanks for that. The problem is, although it's only a slight distortion, once you've heard it you can't un-hear it.

        Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Apologies for any sound issues on the TV. Please can you try this for us;

        If the TV box is connected directly to the TV, choose the setting "Dolby Digital to PCM". This setting applies to both HDMI and optical out.
        Press Home on the remote
        Help & Settings
        Settings
        Audio

        If that doesn't fix, can you go round all the white cabling and ensure it's finger-tight with no cracks etc.
