pixelation on STV

Exactly the same intermittent fault happened on 15/9/25. Impossible to watch pixellation and broken picture/sound. Other channels and recorded channels OK. Why does this only happen on STV?

    You've resurrected a thread that's 10 months old  so it is an intermittent fault.  It doesn't only happen on STV.

    Also do you mean 15th August 2025?  If so there was a national outage on that day which affected all TV channels and services apart from those customers that have a Stream set top box, it also affected  customer accounts and methods of contacting VM
