How silence click sound?
My old TiVo box has resent been replaced with a Arris box. How do I stop the clicking sound when I use the remote?

I think what you mean is, that your TiVo has been replaced with a V6. If you're not sure, check on https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box
Keypad sound effects are controlled under Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Audio > Sound effects
