Hi all of the channels on my tivo box are pixilating. I have carried out a reset on my box but it is still the same.

Can't watch it on TV because it's so bad but now watching on phone which is ok
Yes same here in Birmingham. Every channel seems to be affected for me
Same in North Kensington, West London. As others have said I can't sign into my Virgin media. The 150 number on my phone doesn't work and my internet is slow. There seems to be one hell of a nationwide problem at Virgin.
Virgin box not working in Nottingham either - pixelating picture and impossible to sign in to Virgin media account or find out what the problem is.

Same in Leeds. Seems this is a Critical Incident affecting the whole of the UK. Having worked for Virgin up until 2017 I know they will be on it and dealing with it with the utmost urgency. We’ll just have to sit it out until fixed. Luckily I have plenty of stuff downloaded on the DVR I can watch.
Portsmouth also but not all channels.
