I have the green screen of death how do I contact someone to request either a new box or engine visit. I spoke to someone from Virgin who said it was a fault and would come back on !

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your box. We'd need to take a closer look at this and would be able to book an engineer if needed. In order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

Primary fault reporting is via phone - 0345 4541111, or 150 from a VM phone.
Forum staff tend to respond after a couple of days on here. If yours is the green "DVR has detected an error" screen, that indicates hard drive failure and the resolution is a box replacement.
