Why do you want to order V6 boxes? Stupid question but....
If you have TiVo's at present, and they have service faults, then you should report those through the normal channels and faulty boxes will be replaced with V6 as a matter of course.
If you have TiVo's and just want to change them for V6 (who wouldn't, to be fair), then you can either report any faults as normal, or contact VM and ask nicely for the box-swap. Doing the latter will likely result in a sales pitch for TV360 so be prepared.
If you have V6's currently, and they're faulty, then again - follow the usual faults avenue.
Or explain your issues on here... peer support initially, with VM staff wading in as necessary.

My very elderly parents have the VM account and when I arranged a new contract for them at the end of last year the person I spoke to said they could provide newer boxes that would be faster - they also said that the boxes would have a newer interface & remote control.
Considering my parent's age, I said I didn't want the hassle of going over any new tech with them but asked if the new boxes could be ordered at some future date via their online account rather than phoning the call centre. I was told newer boxes could be ordered online.
Having searched the various options within their account I can't see any way of ordering newer boxes hence the question. Plus, from what I can gather, Tivo v6 seems to be a better choice than the 360 box. (I don't use VM myself so I'm flying blind to some degree here.)

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Sorry to hear you've not been able to order set-top box upgrades online. These types of requests would only be visible online or via email correspondences with marketing/communications offering free upgrades when eligible.
If the boxes aren't faulty, then you can request for an upgrade, though there might be additional fees incurred if there isn't a free equipment upgrade available at this time.
If you would like to discuss this matter further with a member of our team, please give us a call on 150 (free of charge) from a Virgin Media landline, or you can call 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and they'll be able to discuss the package, contract and services with you.
