Blurred sky sports

we have just added sky sports to watch the new tennis channel to our VM package the picture is fuzzy and blurred watching a tennis game other sport channels  in Sky  in HD are perfect Sky sport...

    You've not mentioned what size of TV you're viewing on, but many SD channels do struggle on anything much bigger than 32inch screens.

    Can you post a picture or video of the issue you're reporting, that's specific to Sky Sports Tennis HD?

On a 55" TV, you're trying to view a 480p picture on a 2160p screen - there's no surprise the quality struggles. The cost of HD channels really should factor into purchasing decisions on high-end AV kit.

Apart from paying the Sky-imposed HD supplement, what outcome would you hope for here?
