Being Ignored By Complaints - C-2111253163

I raised a complaint on the 21st November.  I received a reply but unfortunately the emails were deleted accidentally.  Since then I have reached out by email on the 26th November and the 28th November with no response.  I even raised a second complaint and still received no acknowledgement.

I know it is my fault that the emails were deleted, but I am unable to respond to the proposed solution because no one will send me the information again.

    Virgin Media?  More like Virgin Mediocre!

      Extremely unlikely you will get any joy from Executive Team. They are thoroughly incompetent and unfit to run this company which is in a perpetual orbit of complete and utter chaos. Just look at the reviews elsewhere.....best advice is to exit VM asap.

      Thank you for replying. I have tracked it and it and it just says under investigation.  No documents or email contents to be found.

    Be aware that VM standard practice is to either ignore or bury complaints in the hope that you will go away. Just ask around if you dont believe me...... Only thing they understand is being hit with a big stick!

      I’ve realised that… I also noticed that they don’t allow you to complain via Resolver - which is a giant red flag in my book
