landline switch over
My landline switches over to fibre on the 10th of January. I was promised an adapter before the date and still waiting for an adapter to arrive. Can someone help?

With this you will receive the adaptor before the timeframe of your switch, given the festive period some postage has been delayed but all equipment should be processing out for you, do let us know if you don't receive it before the switch happens.
JoeHi Joseph, The adaptor never arrived. The switch over to fibre on the 10thJanuary has not happened because my landline is still working with the old system. Will you be able to help and send me an adaptor for the switch over ? There might be a delay for my switch over . Many thanks
just let me know what information do you need to send then adaptor.

Thanks for the update on this, as it stands any changes for the switchover are currently on hold until further notice. Should at any point your phone line cease to function, we advise reaching out to us ASAP in order to reduce any downtime where you are not able to use your landline.
