I was notified months ago, ( and sent a new router and adapter) that my landline would transfer to fibre on the 9th January 2024. Nothing has changed, thankfully my ‘old’ wired connection still works, but I have had no further communication/notification. I tried calling 150 but got fed up of waiting to get through. Does anyone know if it will still happen and when?

All conversions from wired to hub access for landlines have been paused by the government for all PSTN users. No date has been announced when they will restart. I expect VM, if you are lucky, will advise you of the new date sometime.
