Sorry to hear you are not receiving the activation links to access TVGO via your laptop.
Let's run through some troubleshooting questions to see if we can isolate where the issue may be;
1) Are you using a browser or App version of TV Go?
2) Have you got 'cookies' enabled? This makes sure your device is recognising the login, and keeps your profile saved, instead of thinking the device is a new one each time you try to access the platform.
3) Are you checking your email from the same device? (The laptop)
4) Have you checked your Junk and Spam mail folders?
5) Are you using any VPN?
6) Are you trying to watch from the UK?
