What happens? What error message(s) do you see?
Can you sign into My Virgin Media? Are you using the same credentials for TVGo?
Can you use the TVGo app on android or ios devices?
tv go just saying to get shy sports ,, but i already have it.

You need to be using your VMO2 ID.
The only Sky Sports channels that you can view on VM TVGo are Sky Sports News, Sky Sports Mix, and Sky Sports Racing.
When trying to view any other Sky Sports channels you are presented with a shortcut which opens the Sky Sports app on android/ios devices.
If wanting to watch on a PC or desktop device then you need to click on the shortcut link to the Sky Sports website, and then click on Watch and sign into Sky Sports by clicking on the Virgin Media icon.
