Virgin TV Go
I had an issue with my email a while back and had to create a new email address to resolve the problem. Now I am unable to get into my Virgin TV Go account as every email I use asks me to transfer the account but then when I do it says the action can't be completed as there is other email addresses attached to the account. Can anyone help with this?

Does it give you the option to manage this and remove any devices off it at all?
What phone device are you using?
You need to use the same email you use to login into your main account with.
