Virgin TV Go

I had an issue with my email a while back and had to create a new email address to resolve the problem. Now I am unable to get into my Virgin TV Go account as every email I use asks me to transfer the account but then when I do it says the action can't be completed as there is other email addresses attached to the account. Can anyone help with this?

    Does it give you the option to manage this and remove any devices off it at all?

    What phone device are you using? 

    You need to use the same email you use to login into your main account with.

    Sorry to hear of the difficulty faced when trying to log into the TV Go account.

    Can you currently log into the My Virgin Media account with the login details?

    The login details for both services should be in sync, so no need to use an E-Mail address that is alternate to this.

      I have cookies enabled on the My Virgin Media account so I can go straight in. The Virgin Media Go app was telling me that I had too many devices registered, I don't know why, nothing has changed. I Googled the issue and it said clear the cache. I did and tried to log back in. It won't accept any of my previous emails. It sends a verification email but then when I put account details in it says another email is registered. I try the other email and the same thing happens.
