virgin tv go app

the app will not let me sign in it just resets to login page,checked my details and are all correct,any ideas?

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear of the issues you are facing with the Virgin TVGO app. Have you checked to ensure the app is the latest version and that your device is compatible with the Virgin TVGO app, also are you able to log into your online account using the same email address and password?
