virgin go

i have been complaining about virgin go ..i cannot download for months already and i m paying for the service ..but no one really care in customer care

 

the service is so bad , i might really needs to go back to sky

 

thats it, i got nothing else to say

    Can you elaborate on what you're trying to download and what error you're seeing at your side?

    What device are you using, make, model and software?

  • Hi i m using samsung s10 , it was all good at the start , once i got sign out then never can sign in back 

    whenever asking email address , just keep on saying its wrong

      Can you try sign in to the website of it instead of the app

      Sorry to hear this, can you go down the router username route for me and let me know if it sends it to that email or it has another one on file for you.
