Using Virgin TV Go

Before the transfer to using MyVirgin Media/O2 ID to sign into Virgin TV Go, all was fine using my registered MyVirginMedia.com Email address and password chosen by me and thus memorable.

Since MyVirgin Media/O2 ID, I can no longer access Virgin TV Go with my credentials and instead I am automatically logged in as 107631261 and only have access to a limited set of channels and not all the channels that are part of my package.

Obviously this is very unsatisfactory and although I have tried using Verify Another Way, etc… I have had no success and like others in these posts, contacting Virgin Media is difficult.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with accessing Virgin TVGO and the channels available. 

    Can you please try cleaning your cache and cookies from the device/browser to see if this helps with your concerns? 

    If this is through the Virgin Media TVGO app, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. 

    Keep us posted with how you get on.
