Unable to watch recordings on my phone

Hi I have recently had a 360 box but am unable to watch any of my recordings on any device except for my tv, also it is not letting me register any devices.

    Are you able to confirm your device model and make?

    Does this happen on any other device?
    Are you able to share a screenshot of what happens when you try to view it? 🧾
