TVgo

I have been unable to watch sky sports on virgin tvgo for a couple of weeks now. Each time I try to sign in to sky sports it says Access Denied.  I contacted customer service and was told that the technical department will rectify the matter and this was on the 24th october.

i hope someone can help as i am paying for a service i cannot watch
