Tv go app is saying box is offline but it is not and therefore cannot schedule recordings from the app

If the set top box Standby consumption is set to Eco (slow start) mode then it can appear as offline to the TVGO app. It's best to have that setting on Fast Start or Active Start so the box will be picked up by TVGo.
