TV Go App

I got a replacement tv 360 box today, but when I try to put something on record through the tv go app, it says my box is offline. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but it still says the same. Is there a way to connect the new box to the app? Thanks

    At what stage of the process are you getting the error message exactly? Also, are you having the same experience when trying to record programmes via the Virgin TV Go website here?

      Hi Daniel, 

      Still having the same issue, somethings i am able to record via tv and tv go app, but there is quite a few now that are recording but asking me to subscribe to watch them. When I try to delete them from the tv box, it doesn't do anything, when I try to delete them through tv go it says my box is offline. When I try to go on the tv go website, it asks me to sign in then takes me back to this page. Thanks

        When you uninstalled the app did you clear the cache and data and reboot the device? It may be conflicting information from the previous box if this hasn't been done since the change.

        Can you give this a try and let us know if it helps?
