TV Go App

Been trying to login to TV Go app on iPad and iPhone for several days now and just get into a cycle of resetting to new password and still says incorrect email and password.

Used the app previously with no issues.

Spent several hours dealing with Virgin both online and by phone and ticket number 143932_536411 was raised but have heard nothing back despite operator saying I would receive a call back from Virgin IT support.

    Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you're having some issues with the TVGO app. 

    Can you confirm if you're able to sign into your My virgin Media account fine? If a fault ticket was raised, were you given a reference?
