Hi OliverDowney,
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you are facing issues with TV Go since moving, when you move properties the account number changes and the log in details you used no longer work, the message you get is due to this, you will need to set up a new Online account with the new account number using a different Email address, once set up log into TV Go using the new details.
