Not allowed to watch anything on TV GO

Hello.

I understand that this topic has been raised previously but I cannot find a solution from the advice given there.

I have Virgin at home and it works fine. I have just come over to Guernsey (not part of the UK) to stay with my sick parents and I want to watch TV GO content. However, I receive the familiar messages such as I am not allowed to view content in this region. I can't even see Play options on recorded stuff as it simply gives me the Watch on TV option. The region message appears for ALL content, live or on Catchup.

I tried installing ExpressVPN but that did nothing.

Is there a simple way for me to watch my cycling races?!

    Sorry to hear of the TV Go issues experienced whilst visiting your parent in Guernsey, we appreciate you raising this via the forums. 

     

    As Guernsey isn't classed as part of the UK the service isn't available in that region which is why you get the message. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
