my IP address is not in the UK

Hi there, I am also getting the same message when connecting at home.

I searched the internet and it suggested that my IP address is not in the UK. I have just recently changed my ISP, and maybe that has an effect. I contacted my new ISP, and they advised that I identified where my IP is. I've done this and says it's in central London, so definitely in the UK. Sat at home using fibre connectivity, both wired and wifi I get the message, yet when I tether to a mobile device the app works just fine. There is no VPN in operation.

Very confusing, annoying and disappointing.

Any help or advise would be welcomed?

Thanks in advance

Sorry to hear of the issues with the services on our TV Go application.

Is this happening on just one device or multiple?

Do you experience any issues with other streaming services on the device?

    Thanks

You need to have a current Virgin Media broadband service and use that to connect to Virgin Media TV services and the Virgin TV Go app. They can't be accessed with any other service provider.
