Error code: VGC-4277600256:4277600256

Hi

I can no longer watch Sky Sports on my Laptop and get the error message: 

Error code: VGC-4277600256:4277600256

I have tried everything suggested in other posts (VPN, Uninstall, Snip Screen, Cache clearing etc) and nothing will work.

Any ideas? Have tried through chrome and edge and still the same issue.

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

    I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with viewing Sky Sports. 

    Is the error code the only thing showing on the screen when it appears?

        How are you accessing the Sky Sports app? Are you using a saved shortcut? If not, please try visiting the main Sky Sports landing page instead of going directly to the 'watch' tab for channels. Additionally, clearing the cache on your laptop may help when attempting to sign into Sky Sports with these new steps.
