Downloading content
I have several recordings accessible on my TV Go App, but I never seem to record anything that I am able to download anything onto my device. This boils down to 3 reasons, I suspect:
- The download facility is no longer available from V360 (@virginmedia - you are best positioned to tell me if this facility is still available)
- All of the content that I record is subject to copyright issues that prevents downloading (@virginmedia - let me know a of a current programme that doesn't infringe copyright issues, so that i can record it, and see if the download facility is made obvious on my TV Go APP)
- I have a particular problem with my account (I will only know this, depending on the answers to point 1 and point 2.
