Can't watch on PC

On TV go in last week I keep getting error message "not available sorry - we can't play this at the moment 0," whenever I try to access channels. I can see the preview and sometimes hear sound but no video. It was football on TNT but all channels have this issue. It's new issue in last week. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App without success. Works fine on my phone. Possible clue is that I also frequently get asked for my pin (also new issue). Looking online I see mention of switching off parental controls but on settings the option of switching off is not there. Any help appreciated. I see other similar messages but no definite fix

  • I'm having the exact same issue.  It's annoying as I like to watch things on my phone whilst in the kitchen for example. Plus I can't download any recordings for when I'm travelling. It's annoying having to watch things on itvx or similar as I can't skip through ads

i seem to have fixed it. uninstalled the App completely then re-installed BUT I had the same issue. Almost immediately I noticed that my PC clock was 5 minutes behind. I made it re-sync properly, closed TVgo and then re-opened it and it worked. might be coincidence as i was in effect, doing two things at once but v easy to check your PC clock is accurate. Seemingly my last successful sync was in January and i have only had the Tv go issue for a week or so. Anyway, worth  trying

The option to switch off parental controls recording PIN is available on the PC version of TVGO

Click on the face icon in the top navigation bar, then in the dropdown box click on Settings.

On the screen that opens you need to select Parental Controls in the top navigation bar.

      Hi jamietraynor

Welcome back to the Community Forums.

Sorry to hear of your concerns with watching TVGO on your PC. Have the steps newapollo has kindly offered helped to resolve this at all?

If not, are you running any software or VPN in the background when trying to access TVGO?
