Can I watch online via virgintvgo.virginmedia.com in HD?

Windows 10 laptop user here. There is no longer a Windows app so I'm forced to watch via a web browser but the picture is soft, certainly not HD, and there are no quality settings that I can find. Does the browser service support HD? If not, can anyone tell me what is the maximum resolution that it does support? Thanks!

Edit: I should add that my network speeds are good; ~300Mbps. YouTube streams in 4k nicely.

    Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

    There are a number of HD channels available on Virgin TV Go and you should be able to view content on those channels in HD quality via your browser. What channel(s) and/or content seems to be affected?

      I was watching Manifest on-demand on Sky Max, also Champions League on TNT

        Also just for further clarification are any other devices affected by poor quality?

        From the web browser, has it always been poor quality?
