First time poster
My M350 broadband is fine for download but really slow for upload 4 to 9 Mbs
I have run the network checks on the router and on the VM main site and they say its all good
The network log on the router shows occasion synchronization lost but everything else looks fine , the status currently shows no problems
I expect a higher upload speed but its low on broadband speedchecker and on VM broadband speed check
Is this upload speed normal ?

I should add , I have rebooted the HUB3 but it upload stays stubbornly low
I have tried to contact VM support but the guy on duty for all VM seems very busy , well it is a Sunday and I cant get through by phone and Chat doesnt work ....

It was fine until I rebooted it a few days ago . If I use my secondary IP Provider (3) also connected by cable , then upload and download are fine .This all direct attached Ethernet.
For completeness I will attach a alptop direct to the Hub and retest , but am not optimistic, will post back in a bit
tested on different PC and upload was fine >30 MBits Upload , tested again on original PC and Upload > 30Mbits
No changes to Original PC .
So its "fixed itself" after a few days of appealing upload speeds

run a cmd
ping -t 194.168.4.100
on upload see if ping spikes
ran it for over 280 pings ,all looks good now

I will keep an eye on the connection over the next few days, but at the moment its all working as expected
