Upload Speed Add On

Hi All,

I live in a XGS-PON area and until the beginning of the week had the M500 package with the Uoad Speed Add On. on Monday I had my Volt benefits applied which removed the upload add-on. I have since been struggling and failing to get it readded. I have spoken to 4 people in the call centre, 2 of which said they may be able to do it, reassured me I would receive the add on immediately and haven’t. yesterday I spent just under 2 hours on a call to receive no resolution, it seems staff are generally completely unaware of the add on.

Can anyone on here suggest the best way to get it readded as I don’t really fancy another 2 hour call.

    The phone staff are just not equipped to deal with any enquiry not on their screens. Hopefully a staff person here will be able to assist.

      That is the impression I got. I now have had an email saying “thank you for making a change”, and it seems that that add on is on the contract, but the speed has remained the same, not sure how long speed changes take to apply?

        I can see you spoke to somebody already about this, did they manage to help?
