Upload and download the same

I have changed contract and am signed up for the Volt 1Gb package.  My download and upload speeds over ethernet are both 94Mb/s, so something is clearly not right.  Impossible to contact anyone by telephone, of course, so I hope that someone can help.  It's not a big deal of course, but as I'm paying for something, I feel I should be getting it.

  • The ethernet port on the device you are testing, or part of your connection between the HUB and device, is 'stuck' at 10/100Mbps, rather than 1Gbps, or even 2.5Gbps.

    Test the speed to the hub over the VM network:

      Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment. Have you been able to test the speed to your hub as carl_pearce suggested?
