Speeds not as sold ...

I am allegedly on the M500 package but the highest (Ookla) speedtest in the last few months showed 271 mbps.

In the past I've seen results of 520 mbps but not for some time.

Why should I pay you for something I'm not getting ... ðŸ¤”

I attach a screenshot of my speed test results.

  • I'm using an eero 6 Mesh Wifi setup connected to my Virgin Hub 3.0 which is in modem mode. When I followed your link, I'm afraid this is what I saw.

      SamKnows only works with the Hub in Router mode.  VM will want you to put the Hub in router mode before they will assist.  They will not support any 3rd party networking equipment.

We want to best help.  As mentioned by our community, can you please put your hub in router mode so we can run tests on your service? We want to do our best to look into the route issue.
